Identifikasi Mikroplastik Berdasarkan Aktivitas Disekitar Kawasan Pantai Pariaman

AI summary Read the abstract

Researchers measured microplastic abundance and physical characteristics in seawater at four stations along Pariaman Beach, Indonesia, finding average concentrations of 27.5–85 particles/L, with fibers as the dominant morphotype (52%), black as the most common color, and particles sized 0.5–1 mm most prevalent.

Bentuk Dan Kelimpahan Mikroplastik Di Perairan Pulau Pasaran, Bandar Lampung

AI summary Read the abstract

Researchers surveyed microplastic abundance and distribution in the waters around Pasaran Island, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, finding four morphological types (fiber, fragment, film, pellet) with fibers dominating at 45.1% and highest concentrations in the mangrove ecosystem; principal component analysis revealed negative correlations between microplastic abundance and water quality parameters like pH, salinity, and temperature.

Distribusi Mikroplastik Pada Sedimen Di Wilayah Pesisir Pantai Lamaru Kota Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur

AI summary Read the abstract

Researchers assessed microplastic distribution in coastal sediments at Lamaru Beach, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, finding fragments as the most abundant type (46,340 particles/kg/m²), followed by fibers and films, with statistically significant differences in abundance between fragment and film types, reflecting ongoing plastic fragmentation in this coastal environment.
