KARAKTERISTIK FISIKA MIKROPLASTIK PADA AIR DAN IKAN MUJAIR (Oreochromis mossambicus) DI DANAU LIMBOTO
AI summary Read the abstract
Researchers identified microplastics in both water and the digestive tracts of Mozambique tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) from Lake Limboto, Indonesia, finding fiber, pellet, and fragment morphotypes in multiple colors, contributing baseline data on microplastic contamination in a declining freshwater lake ecosystem.

AI summary Read the abstract
Researchers examined microplastic contamination in the digestive organs of Mujair fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) from Malahayu Reservoir in Indonesia, using a potassium hydroxide extraction method followed by microscopy. Microplastics were detected in all 15 sampled fish, raising concerns about contamination in a commercially important freshwater species.
Analisis Keberadaan Mikroplastik Pada Air dan Sedimen Di Danau Limboto
AI summary Read the abstract
Researchers investigated the type and abundance of microplastics in water and sediment samples from four stations in Lake Limboto, Indonesia, using binocular microscopy and FT-IR spectroscopy. They identified three morphological types -- fiber, film, and fragment -- and two polymer types, polyvinyl chloride and polyamide, with a total microplastic abundance of 940 particles per cubic meter in water samples.
Identifikasi Cemaran Mikroplastik Di Perairan Sungai Musi Wilayah Musi Banyuasin (berdasarkan Konsentrasi Mikroplastik Pada Parameter Biota)

Researchers examined microplastic contamination in fish from the Musi River near Sekayu, Indonesia, using KOH digestion and H2O2 extraction of digestive tracts. They found fiber, fragment, and foam particles ranging from 306 to 1069 µm, with color and size variation attributed to UV oxidation and fragmentation.
