Nanoplastics are of a novel type of advance composites,which have been studied for about 10 years. Intercalation compounding method is a major method of manufacturing nanoplastics, its process is simple. The nanoplastics have unique structures, morphology as well as mechanical, thermal and gas/liquid barrier properties than their conventional counterparts. They are abroad applied to automobile part, electronic and electrical part, high performance pipe, packaging material, and so on.
