Raw data sequences of the wolf spider (Pardosa pseudoannulata). Total RNA extraction was performed with TRNzol Universal Reagent (TIANGEN Biotech, Beijing, China) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Sequencing libraries were constructed using the Fast RNA-seq Lib Prep Kit V2 (Cat. No. Rk20306, ABclonal, Wuhan, China). High-throughput sequencing was conducted for all samples on an Illumina NovaSeq X Plus instrument. Raw sequencing reads were processed to obtain clean reads by removing adapter sequences, reads containing poly-N regions, and low-quality reads. Clean reads were then assembled de novo using Trinity to generate reference transcripts for downstream analysis. The data files are in FASTQ format.
