Four large particles can be identified in the lower right at the start of the video by their dark outlines and bright centers. They are carried along as the mass of cells moves upward and toward the left. The particles seem to follow along with the same individual cells, although this is more readily apparent for the two lowest particles as their carrier cells become temporarily isolated from the larger cell mass.
