Computer Simulation Analysis Applied in Intelligent Lightweight Sorting Manipulator
Summary
This engineering paper presents the design of an autonomous soil-processing vehicle that ploughs contaminated soil and extracts microplastics to aid ecological restoration. The system uses Beidou navigation to plan microplastic retrieval paths and employs Archimedes spiral stirring rods and adsorption devices to collect plastic particles from agricultural soils. Computer simulation analysis was used to validate the design of the sorting manipulator.
In view of the problem of microplastics in the soil, this paper starts from the main purpose of loving nature and protecting nature in today's society, and designs a soil ploughing and microplastic treatment integrated vehicle for dealing with microplastics problems in polluted areas, reducing the microplastic content of soil, and realizing ecological restoration of soil. The device plans the recycling path of microplastics through Beidou navigation, and completes the functions of soil turning and recycling microplastics through Archimedes spiral stirring rods, adsorption devices and other mechanisms.
