Peran Teknologi bagi Perubahan Organisasi: Studi Bibliometrik
Summary
Researchers conducted a bibliometric analysis of the scientific literature on the role of technology in organizational change, mapping publication trends, key authors, journals, and thematic clusters using quantitative methods. The study found growing interdisciplinary interest in how digital and information technologies drive organizational transformation strategies, with a concentration of output in management and information systems journals.
Bisnis saat telah dihadapi lingkungan yang sangat dinamis. Perubahan menjadi strategi yang tidak dapat dihindarkan bagi setiap organisasi. Teknologi menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam merumuskan strategi perubahan organisasi apabila ingin terus bertahan dan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran keadaan perkembangan penelitian mengenai konsep perubahan teknologi dalam organisasi secara komprehensif menggunakan metode bibiliometrik dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis bibliometric yang bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil pemetaan mengenai peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi menggunakan database Scopus sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa konsep peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi sudah dilakukan sejak 1980 dan terus mengalami peningkatan hingga tahun 2001. Sejak tahun 2001 jumlah publikasi mengalami naik turun dan mencapai titik tertinggi pada tahun 2021 dengan jumlah 46 penelitian. Kemudian terdapat 69 topik yang telah dikaitkan dengan konsep peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi yang terbagi ke dalam 10 cluster . Beberapa topik yang kontemporer, yaitu digital technology, big data, higher education, challenges, industry 4.0, public sector, healthcare, social media, organizational design, dan learning management
