Sebagai negara kepulauan dengan garis pantai terpanjang kedua di dunia, Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat yang unik—mulai dari keterbatasan akses layanan, kerentanan terhadap penyakit menular dan tidak menular, hingga dampak perubahan iklim, bencana alam, serta ketergantungan ekonomi pada sektor kelautan dan perikanan.
