Summary

This review examines analytical methods and treatment technologies for monitoring and removing pesticides from wastewater, describing how gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry enable sensitive detection while advanced treatment approaches can mitigate aquatic ecosystem contamination from agricultural runoff.
