The eggshell powder was made from discarded eggshells by simple process. The plastic aggregate was made by cutting mineral water plastic bottles into small pieces. These materials were used to halfway substitution of cement and aggregate in substantial creation in a specific rate. The created concrete was tried for slump test, density test, and compressive strength test. For the study, first, the collected eggshell was turned into powder, and plastic bottles were turned into aggregates. Then ESP was used to substitute cement by 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, and 6% of weight to produce ESP concrete. The pairings were 4 + 2.5, 4 + 5, 3 + 2.5 and 3 + 5 %ages of ESP & Plastic concrete. These concretes were also tested for slump, density, and compressive strength. The density of ESP concrete increases up to 5% ESP substitution and then reduces, and the density for plastic substitution reduces with an additional expansion in the level of plastic. These concretes can be mainly used for the production of non-structural concrete, and are also cheaper to produce. It will also reduce the use of natural resources, lower pollution, lower carbon emissions, and also reduce the cost of waste disposal. It is indicated the workability increases whereas the density and compressive structure decreases for plastic concrete. The 28th day is much better than 7th day for all properties.
