The Zimmerman Framework: Unified Physics from Z² and Open-Source Computational Therapeutics
Summary
This preprint proposes a unified physics framework derived from a geometric constant Z² and extends it to open-source computational drug discovery pipelines, including thermostable PETase variants designed to degrade PET microplastics at higher temperatures — though the overarching theoretical framework is non-mainstream and unvalidated.
A comprehensive unified framework deriving physics, mathematics, biology, consciousness, and time from first principles using Z² = CUBE × SPHERE = 8 × (4π/3) = 32π/3 ≈ 33.51. The framework derives: (1) MOND acceleration a₀ = cH₀/Z where Z = 2√(8π/3) = 5.79; (2) Standard Model structure including gauge coupling α⁻¹ ≈ 137; (3) Genetic code (4 nucleotides = BEKENSTEIN, 20 amino acids = GAUGE + CUBE). Extended in v5.0 with open-source computational therapeutic pipelines targeting 'undruggable' proteins: (A) Dark Proteome - c-Myc transcription factor via REMD conformational sampling for cancer (70% of human cancers); (B) Ion Channel Kinematics - NaV1.7 knottin blockers for non-addictive pain treatment (opioid alternative); (C) Metalloenzymes - Thermostable PETase variants (+20°C Tm) for microplastic bioremediation; (D) CFTR Chaperones for cystic fibrosis; (E) D2R Agonists for prolactinoma; (F) Antimicrobial Peptides for antibiotic resistance. Includes three-layer cross-validation framework to detect ML hallucinations. All therapeutic sequences published as PRIOR ART (April 20, 2026) under AGPL-3.0 + OpenMTA to prevent patent enclosure.
