Citizen science portal and user type for the community

It would be awesome to have a citizen science portal for people to review, help curate, improve article data. Showing a complete list of articles that haven't yet been reviewed so people know which they can tackle. A progress bar showing how many have been reviewed by the community and how many are left to go. How many people are working on the project and how many articles people have reviewed. It would be great to also have a projects thread for the community where people can write abotu the project they are working on, and people can join the project to help out.
